Based in Arizona, Bryan Long is a professional with over twenty years of experience in finance and accounting. His experience crosses several industries, including healthcare, technology, and finance. Bryan has spent years honing his knowledge and skills, making him a specialist within the technical sector. 

Most recently, Bryan Long was Chief Financial Officer for Signature Dental Partners (SDP) in Phoenix, Arizona. He signed on to be their CFO in 2022 and has helped grow the company into one of the nation’s largest Dental Services Organizations (DSO). Bryan oversaw all accounting and finance functions, including GAAP accounting, financial planning, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, and information technology. In the short amount of time Bryan was with the company, he’s helped it grow from 66 clinical locations to 98 clinical locations and helped double revenues. 

Since 2022, Arizona’s Bryan Long has developed, prepared, reviewed, and reported monthly financial statements, including enhanced management reporting to support operational needs as well as lender reporting in accordance with credit agreements. One of Bryan’s many roles included examining all financial results, which helped to evaluate necessary adjustments for strategy and more. Likewise, Bryan was responsible for approving all business acquisitions before Board approval, utilizing his strong working relationship with his private equity sponsors to ensure that deals were properly modeled and executed according to SDP’s standards. 

Naturally, Bryan Long has held many other positions during his professional career. He worked as a Corporate Controller for American Vision Partners (2020-2022). Bryan Long led a team of 14 people in a positive and collaborative manner, focusing on supporting their professional and personal goals while overseeing general accounting, cash collections, and accounts payable functions. He successfully helped sell American Vision Partners to a new private equity fund, which led to significant enterprise value creation. 

Prior to this, Bryan Long of Arizona managed several roles for Kaiser Permanente, including Managing Director, Accounting, and Financial Governance (NCAL Regional Controllership). During his time there, Bryan helped lead the financial planning (including forecasts, operations, and strategic oversight) of multi-billion-dollar contracts between Kaiser Permanente hospitals, health plans, etc.

Bryan Long was head of SEC reporting and corporate controller for eBay Inc. and PayPal Inc. For a time, Bryan successfully helped lead PayPal’s spinoff from eBay, overseeing all SEC filings and managing several financial and operational separation-related activities.

Outside of work, Bryan Long loves spending his time outdoors. He takes full advantage of living in Arizona by playing golf, hiking, and exercising. Additionally, Bryan is an avid sports fan devoted to watching the University of Illinois teams.
